Just a customer
Bought this in December and it worked great for about 5 weeks. It was wonderful!! Plunged off a the cliff after that and I would recommend that you DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS PRODUCT. In mid-January water started shooting out of the back of the charger holder and in mid-January I sent the head back to Leland, the company that makes this. In mid-March I received a replacement head from the company. Now, that head won't dispense water and I think it's because there are too many parts to fit together well so the seal isn't very good and the water can't charge. And it's all up to me to figure this out as the correspondence from Leland has been terse and non-helpful. Prairie Moon is great to work with but Leland needs improvement.
