New York Egg Cream # 1
Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• milk
• seltzer, to serve

Directions
Put the chocolate syrup in a tall soda glass, fill ½ of the glass with milk. Stir with a long spoon. Top with the seltzer and serve-the top should be very frothy.
