Pistachio Popsicles* (also called Kulfi)
  • 1 set of Popsicle* molds
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1/4 cup of pistachio nuts, shelled
  • 2 cups of sugar
    Heat milk to almost boiling and then reduce heat to medium on stove. Keep a constant watch on the milk. Reduce to half the amount. Add pistachios and sugar to this condensed amount. Pour into Popsicle* molds and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Take out of molds and enjoy.
