A dry tart flavor that tingles the tongue is the hallmark of the Soda Fountain Phosphate. A little goes a long way. 2 to 3 shakes of the bottle into your soda fountain soda will recreate what once was the most popular drink in America, the Phosphate soda.

Acid phosphate is not the same as phosphoric acid. It is phosphoric acid which has been buffered by specific mineral salts to create its unique characteristics. Buffering helps the phosphate maintain the correct level of acidity. Warning: Never try to use phosphoric acid as a substitute. It is too acidic and can cause bodily injury!

Water, Phosphoric Acid, Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate.

Acid Phosphate
When I was young, there was a concession stand at a local park that sold cherry phosphates. I loved them, even at a young age. A friend and I were reminiscing and she told me about your products, so I ordered some! The first cherry phosphate I had in 40 years! It was perfect when made with your recipe and has become a regular favorite treat at our house!

Great Product
This product is fantastic. I bought extra bottles to give as gifts this time. Adding a few drops brightens the flavor of lemonade, Italian sodas, and various cocktails. I am thinking of buying the quart size next time.

I've been looking for this item for years. I remember having them as a child and young adult. They always accompanied my favorite hamburger. The flavor is not easily described, but is definitely more thirst quenching than lemonade. Not too sweet with a little pucker overtones!

Wonderful stuff
This was exactly what I was looking for in a acid phosphate. It makes a delicious beverage. Very classic and takes me back to the good old days. Thank you for supplying the memories. I will be ordering more soon, I have gifts to give.

Just like the old time soda fountain
My children and grandchildren have heard me extol the unique and delightful taste of Cherry phosphates for years. But all the modern recipes use citric acid, which just isn't the same. Finally I found Extinct Acid Phosphate at Prairie Moon and ordered some cherry concentrate as well as the phosphate and have served the street to all and they love it as much as I do. I have also ordered other flavors and have enjoyed them as well.

Really Good Stuff!
This acid phosphate is perfect for my mixed drinks and colas. It now has a permanent place in my home bar. I found Prairie Moon from Mark from How To Drink and I'm very impressed. This stuff is expensive, but it's worth spicing things every once in a while.

I have many wonderful memories as a child of going to the local drug store on main street in my hometown and getting a phosphate every week. I spent almost 50 years wanting to recreate those amazing sodas of my chilldhood. Well, This stuff is the real deal. I ordered the Horsford's Extinct Acid Phosphate and a 6 pack of the syrup concentrate. The phosphates i make are exactly the same as ii remember. i could not be happier or more excited. I cant wait to make them for my siblings at our next get together. great products and great service!!!
