You will need 12oz (1 1/2 cups) of smoothie to fill all 4 forms.

Instructions
Make any smoothie.
Dispense it into the Smoothie Pop maker.
Insert the handle and top into forms.
Place in freezer until frozen.
To remove, run hot water over outside of Smoothie Pop Maker.
