A 6oz snow cone will need 1oz of syrup. Ice Shaver Method Our electric ice shaver makes mounds of real shaved ice for an authentic shaved ice or snow cone treat. Follow the directions that come with the shaver for producing the shaved ice. Mound the ice in a snow cone cup, add 1oz of syrup made from our Rio concentrate and you have a snow cone worthy of the big top.
