Blender Method

Crush 2 cups ice in blender. Put ice in bowl or glass, add 2oz of your favorite syrup and enjoy. See our accessories page to purchase snow cone cups and spoon straws to use with your blender ice. Put your crushed ice in the snow cone cup, add syrup and spoon it up with the spoon straw. A 6oz snow cone will need 1oz of syrup.

Ice Shaver Method

Our electric ice shaver makes mounds of real shaved ice for an authentic shaved ice or snow cone treat. Follow the directions that come with the shaver for producing the shaved ice. Mound the ice in a snow cone cup, add 1oz of syrup made from our Rio concentrate and you have a snow cone worthy of the big top. Put 12oz of ice in a cup, add 2oz of syrup, and you have the traditional Hawaiian style shaved ice.

• Syrup amounts in the recipes are guidelines. Adjust the amount of syrup to suit your taste.
• Please use caution when mixing syrups. Syrup may stain skin and fabric.
• One tablespoon equals 1/2 fluid ounce.
• Two tablespoons = 1oz.
• One quarter cup = 2oz.
