CHOCOLATE FREEZER POP RECIPES
Chocolate Popsicles*
Ingredients
2 tbsp flour
2/3 cup sugar
3 3/4 tbsp cocoa
1 dash salt
2 cups milk
12 oz can evaporated milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in evaporated milk. Pour into plastic popsicle* makers. Insert sticks and freeze. Return to Chocolate Pops section.

Frozen Fudgie-Wudgies
Ingredients
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp malted milk powder
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
Directions
Combine cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch and malted milk powder in saucepan. Gradually stir in milk and cream. Cook, whisking constantly, over low heat until thickened, 8 minutes. Stir in coffee powder. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Cover surface with plastic wrap.
Pour into popsicle* molds and insert sticks. Freeze until completely solid, several hours or overnight. Return to Chocolate Pops section.

Homemade Frozen Fudgesicles
Ingredients
1 - 4 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup canned evaporated milk
Directions
Combine the pudding and 2 cups milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in sugar and canned milk. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze. Return to Chocolate Pops section.
FRUIT ICE POP RECIPES
Apple Grape Popsicles*
Ingredients
1/2 can frozen grape juice concentrate
23 oz jar apple sauce
9 plastic cups (3 oz)
9 wooden sticks
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine juice and apple sauce; blend well. Fill each plastic cup with 1/3 cup juice mixture. Freezer 1 hour until partially frozen. Insert sticks; freeze 2 hours more until firm. To serve remove from plastic cups. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Applesauce Popsicle*
Ingredients
1 cup applesauce
Directions
Add a little water if you would like it thinner. Pour into molds and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Berry Striped Popsicles*
Ingredients
2 cups strawberries
3/4 cup honey - divided
6 kiwifruit - peeled and sliced
2 cups sliced peaches
12 paper cups (3 oz size) or popsicle* molds
12 popsicle* sticks
Directions
Step 1: In a blender or food processor, puree strawberries with 1/4 cup honey. Divide mixture evenly between 12 cups or popsicle* molds. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. Step 2: Puree kiwifruit with 1/4 cup honey. Repeat process with peaches and remaining 1/4 cup honey. When strawberry layer is firm, pour kiwifruit puree into molds. Insert a popsicle* stick and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. Pour peach puree into molds and freeze until firm and ready to serve. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Cinnamon Sicles
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup applesauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into Popsicle* molds. Put filled Popsicle* molds into freezer. When frozen remove & enjoy. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Creamsicles*
Ingredients
1 (6 oz) can peaches in light syrup or
2 fresh ripe peaches, sliced and pitted
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
Popsicle* sticks and cups
Directions
Whip cream in a blender for 30-45 seconds. Add peaches and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into molds, insert sticks and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Fresh Fruit Popsicle*
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs fresh strawberries, peaches, nectarines, melons, or berries of your choice
1 cup water, orange, or apple juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions
Prepare the fruits for the blender by hulling, removing the seeds, and peelings as determined by the fruits you use. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender or food processor and puree. Divide among eight, 5 oz paper cups, filling them about 3/4 full. Place in the freezer until partially frozen, 60 to 90 minutes. Insert a plastic spoon, handle up, in the center of each cup and freeze until solid. To serve, peel the paper cup away. Makes 8 Popsicles*. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Frozen Fruit Pops
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 (10 oz) pkg frozen sliced strawberries and juice, thawed
1/2 (8 oz) can pineapple and syrup
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Directions
Mash banana and strawberries. Add pineapple, syrup and milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour into Popsicle* molds and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Frozen Pear Pops
Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can pear halves, drained
1 (8 oz) plain yogurt
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Few drops almond extract
Directions
In blender combine pears, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and almond extract. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into the Popsicle* molds. Freeze 4 to 6 hours. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Fruit Ice Pops
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 cups watermelon diced or 5 cups strawberries
Directions
In saucepan, heat sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool and stir in lemon juice. Puree fruit in blender. Add sugar mixture with fruit. Blend together. Pour into small paper cups and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Fruity Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 small can mandarin oranges
2 cups white grape juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients (can blend smooth if preferred). Pour into molds, making sure the fruit is evenly distributed. Freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Kids Polar Ice Pops
Ingredients
4 cups strawberries
1/3 cup tropical punch flavored sugar-sweetened soft drink mix
Directions
Rinse strawberries and remove stems. Place strawberries & flavored soft-drink mix in a blender container, cover & blend on low speed for 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth. Pour mixture into the Popsicle* molds. Insert sticks and freeze for 3 hours. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Lowfat Frozen Yogurt Breakfast Pops
Ingredients
1 container (24 oz size) vanilla yogurt
4 small bananas, sliced
1 1/2 cup sliced strawberry
1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Spoon mixture into plastic drink cups, dividing equally.
Insert popsicle sticks in center, freeze until solid. To unmold, run a little hot water on the outside of the cup. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Moo Fruit Freezer Pops
Ingredients
1 bag (16 oz) frozen fruit
1 1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sugar or Splenda*
Directions
Combine the fruit, sugar, and 1/2 cup of milk in a food processor and process for 5 seconds. Add the rest of the milk and process for 15 seconds more. Mixture should be smooth and almost frozen. Scoop 1/2 cup of frozen mixture into 5 oz cups or Popsicle* molds. Insert sticks and freeze until firm. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Multi Layer Frozen Fruit Pops
Ingredients
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3/4 cup sugar, divided
1 1/3 cups fresh peaches, sliced
2 cups diced watermelon
Directions
Puree in blender strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour small amount in molds or paper cups about 1/3 full. Put in Popsicle sticks. Freeze. Puree peaches and 1/4 cup sugar in blender. Pour over frozen strawberry layer. Freeze. Cube watermelon and remove seeds. Puree watermelon and 1/4 cup sugar in blender. Pour over frozen peach layer and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Pina Colada Popsicles*
Ingredients
1 (5 oz) can pineapple chunks in light syrup
1 (10.5 oz) can coconut milk
2 bananas, peeled
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Purée all ingredients (pineapple chunks in juice, coconut milk, bananas and vanilla extract). Pour mixture into Popsicle* molds. Freeze and remove from molds according to pkg directions, usually 2-3 hours. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Pineapple Orange Freezer Pops
Ingredients
8 oz carton vanilla yogurt
8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
6 oz can frozen pineapple orange juice concentrate, thawed
8 paper drink cups
8 wooden sticks
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, pineapple and juice concentrate and blend until smooth. Fill each drink cup with about 1/3 cup pineapple mixture and freeze until partially frozen, about 1 hour. Insert sticks and freeze until firm, 2 more hours. Peel off paper cups to serve. 8 pops Return to Fruit Pops section.

Pineapple Popsicles*
Ingredients
1 quart milk
20 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Put all items in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Strawberry Orange Popsicles*
Ingredients
1 quart orange juice
2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup vanilla yogurt
Directions
Blend till smooth or not-so-smooth, depending on preference. Pour into molds and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Strawberry Popsicles*
Ingredients
2 cups whole strawberries (topped)
1 cup milk
Sugar to taste
Directions
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. 2. Taste, and add sugar as needed. 3. Pour into Popsicle* molds and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Strawberry Shortcake Popsicle*
Ingredients
4 cups strawberries, hulled
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
3 cups corn flakes, crushed
Directions
Puree strawberries. Mix in yogurt and milk. Pour into 2 oz Popsicle* molds or divide among small paper cups. Freeze 4 hours. Remove from molds. Coat each pop with 1/4 cup of crushed cereal. Wrap and freeze any pops you are not immediately eating. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Tropical Fruit Popsicles*
Ingredients
1 cup mandarin oranges with juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 mango, chopped
2 cups orange, pineapple or grape juice
Directions
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into Popsicle* molds and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Watermelon Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
Popsicle* sticks and cups
Directions
Blend these ingredients in a blender, pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

Watermelon Popsicles*
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon, cubed, remove seeds
1 cup apple juice
Directions
Blend in blender until smooth. Pour into Popsicle* molds and freeze. Return to Fruit Pops section.

ICE CREAM POPS
Rootbeer Float-Sicles
Ingredients
1 liter of rootbeer
1 gallon of vanilla ice cream
Directions
Spoon some ice cream into plastic Popsicle* molds. Next fill the molds with root beer (watch out - it will fizz a little). Put Popsicle* sticks on top and freeze for several hours. Return to Ice Cream Pops section.

Strawberry Frozen Pops
Ingredients
1 small box of strawberry flavored gelatin
1 pint of hot water
1 pint of vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions
In a pitcher, dissolve the gelatin with the hot water. Stir in the ice-cream using a spatula. Pour the mixture into Popsicle* molds. Freeze until frozen, approximately 4-5 hours. Return to Ice Cream Pops section.

JELLO* - DRIPLESS FROZEN POP RECIPES
Dripless Popsicles*
Ingredients
1 pkg fruit flavored Jell-O*
1 pkg Kool-Aid*
2/3 cup hot water
2 cups cold water
1 cup sugar
Directions
In a large pitcher mix together Jell-O*, Kool-Aid*, sugar, hot water, stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Stir to mix. Pour into molds and freeze. Makes about 20 ozs. Return to Jello Pops section.

Jell-O* Freezer Pops
Ingredients
1 small pkg flavor gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup vanilla or flavored yogurt
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Allow to cool. Then stir in yogurt and milk. Pour into Popsicle* molds or cups, insert sticks and freeze. Return to Jello Pops section.

Jell-O* Frosty Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 pkg (3 oz) Jell-O* gelatin (any flavor)
1 envelope Kool-Aid* instant soft drink mix (any flavor)
1 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O* gelatin, instant soft drink mix, and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water. Pour into ice cube trays, small paper cups or frozen pop molds. Insert wooden sticks or paper spoons for handles diagonally in each ice cube section or at an angle in molds or cups. (If desired, pops may be partially frozen before handles are inserted.) Freeze until firm - 2 to 3 hours.
Variation: Double Orange Pops. Dissolve 1 pkg (3 oz) Jell-O* orange gelatin and 1/2 cup sugar in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups orange juice. Freeze as directed above. Return to Jello Pops section.

Kool-Aid* Ice Pops Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg Kool-Aid*
1 pkg Jell-O*
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
Directions
Mix and pour in molds and freeze. Return to Jello Pops section.

Very Berry Ice Pops
Ingredients
1/2 cup cranberry, raspberry, or any other berry juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup berries (fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or whatever you like)
Directions
Pour the berry juice in a saucepan and add the gelatin. Warm on the stove on low heat. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Pour into a blender and add yogurt and berries. Blend for about 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into small 3 oz paper cups and cover the top of the cup with foil. Poke a wooden stick in the middle of each paper cup so the stick stays in place. Put the cups on a cookie sheet and freeze for a few hours. When you take the Popsicles* out of the freezer, peel the paper and foil away and enjoy your berry pops! Return to Jello Pops section.

JUICE POPSICLE* RECIPES
Creamy Frozen Juice Bars
Ingredients
1 - 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, softened (or grape juice, cranberry juice)
1 - 6 oz can water
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened, or plain yogurt
Directions
Blend until smooth. Pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze. Return to Juice Pops section.

Fizzy Fruit Freezer Pops
Ingredients
1 - 12 oz can fruit nectar (strawberry and peach work great!)
1 - 12 oz can tropical Sprite*
1 cup crushed or shaved ice
Directions
Mix well, pour into molds and freeze. The crushed ice seems to help the pop retain it’s “fizz.” Return to Juice Pops section.

Freezer Fruit Pops
Ingredients
3 cups grape juice or fruit punch
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
12 - 3 oz paper cups
12 wooden sticks
Directions
Mix juices and sweetened condensed milk with wire whisk. Transfer mixture to a container with a pouring spout. Put paper cups into a square pan and fill the cups, almost to the top, with juice mixture. Put in freezer for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove cups from freezer and insert wooden sticks. Return to freezer for 5 hours. To serve, peel off paper cup. Return to Juice Pops section.

Freezer Juice Pops
Ingredients
pineapple juice
orange juice
Directions
Fill plastic Popsicle* molds with pineapple juice or orange juice or mix the two together. Put Popsicle* stick on top and freeze for several hours. For fun, add pineapple chunks before freezing. Experiment with different juices. You can also add carbonated water to the fruit juice for a fizzy flavor. Return to Juice Pops section.

Frozen Juice Pops
Try mixing two juices together for a different flavor.
Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 cup white grape juice
Directions
Stir together and pour into molds. Freeze. Return to Juice Pops section.

Lemonade Popsicles*
Ingredients
3/4 to 1 cup granulated sugar (depending on how sweet you want them)
1 cup water
1 tbsp light corn syrup
Zest of 2 lemons
1 cup of lemon juice (about 4 large lemons)
Directions
Heat 1 cup of water and 3/4 to 1 cup of granulated sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the zest of 2 lemons and 1 tbsp of light corn syrup into the sugar water. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and let cool. Juice enough lemons (about 4) to produce 1 cup of lemon juice. Strain out any pulp. Add the syrup to the lemon juice, straining out the lemon zest as you pour the syrup into the juice. Pour the lemon mixture into the popsicle molds. Put into a freezer for at least 4 hours to freeze. To unmold, run under hot water for a few seconds. Return to Juice Pops section.

Maraschino-Lemonade Freezer Pops
Ingredients
1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries
1 (12 oz) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
1/4 cup water
8 (3 oz) paper cups
8 wooden Popsicle* sticks
Directions
Put a colander or strainer in a bowl. Pour cherries into the strainer, saving the juice in the bowl. Put one whole cherry in each paper cup. Put the remaining cherries on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, carefully cut cherries into small pieces. Put chopped cherries, lemonade concentrate, water and the juice saved from the jar of cherries into an electric blender or food processor. Cover blender or processor. Puree or blend until smooth. Pour into cups to freeze. Return to Juice Pops section. 
Popsicle* Rockets
Ingredients
red juice (red raspberry, cherry, cranberry)
blue juice (blue Kool Aid*, Gatorade* blue raspberry)
white juice (lemonade, coconut juice drink)
red string licorice for fuse
3 oz paper cups
Popsicle* sticks
Directions
Line up several 3 oz paper cups on a baking sheet. Pour 2 tbsp of red juice into each cup. Freeze 2-3 hours until firm-slushy. Remove from freezer and poke a popsicle stick into the center of each cup of juice. Add 2 tbsp of white juice and freeze 2-3 hours. Remove from freezer. Top off with blue juice and freeze 1-2 hours until slushy. Return to Juice Pops section.

OTHER FREEZER POP RECIPES
Cookies 'N Cream Frozen Pops
Ingredients
1 cup Cool Whip*
12 Oreo* cookies - crushed
1/2 cup milk
1 - 4 serving pack of vanilla instant pudding
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour mixture into the Popsicle* molds. Freeze 4 to 6 hours. Return to Other Pops section.

Caramel Frozen Milksicles
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping at room temperature
6 (3 oz) plastic or paper cups or 6 (2.5 oz) freezer pop molds
6 Popsicle* sticks
Directions
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan and gradually whisk in milk. Simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 2 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract. Transfer to a large shallow bowl, place in refrigerator for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drop heaping tsps full of caramel topping randomly over pudding. Gently swirl into pudding. Spoon mixture into plastic cups, place cups in an 8-inch baking pan or pie pan. Place Popsicle* sticks in centers. Freeze until firm. Return to Other Pops section.

Lemon Cream Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
3 drops yellow food color
6 craft sticks
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix until the sugar dissolves. Pour into 6 small paper cups or molds and insert a craft stick into the center of each. Freeze for at least 4 hours, until firm. Serve, or cover and keep frozen until ready to enjoy. Return to Other Pops section.

Pistachio Popsicles* (also called Kulfi)
Ingredients
1 set of Popsicle* molds
1 liter of milk
1/4 cup of pistachio nuts, shelled
2 cups of sugar
Directions
Heat milk to almost boiling and then reduce heat to medium on stove. Keep a constant watch on the milk. Reduce to half the amount. Add pistachios and sugar to this condensed amount. Pour into Popsicle* molds and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Take out of molds and enjoy. Return to Other Pops section.

Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles*
Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Miracle Whip* light
8 oz Cool Whip*, thawed
2 cups miniature marshmallows
10 oz frozen sliced strawberries
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Directions
Mix cream cheese and dressing until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping, marshmallows, strawberries and pecans. Spoon into 5 oz paper drinking cups; insert wooden stick in center of each cup. Freeze until firm. Remove paper cups from pops before serving. Return to Other Pops section.

PUDDING ICE POP RECIPES
Frozen Pudding Pops
Ingredients
3 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 (4 1/2 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding
Popsicle* molds or paper cups
Directions
Beat milk, sugar, and pudding mix on low or by hand 5 minutes. Pour into molds. Freeze. Makes 8 servings. Return to Pudding Pops section.

Homemade Freezer Pudding Pops
Ingredients
1 sm pkg instant pudding mix
2 cup cold milk
sm tub Cool Whip*
Popsicle* molds
Directions
Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat until smooth. Add about 1 cup of Cool Whip* and blend well. (The Cool Whip* prevents iciness) Pour into molds and freeze. Return to Pudding Pops section.

Rocky Road Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 pkg of chocolate pudding
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions
Make pudding according to directions on pkg. Add marshmallows and nuts. Mix well, pour into molds and freeze. Return to Pudding Pops section.
