You may be wondering what is a cream whipper and what do I do with it.?
First and foremost you can make deliciously fresh whipped cream at home. Simply pour whipping cream into the bottle, add some powdered sugar (or artificial sweetener) if desired, screw on the head, charge, shake, and you have the best tasting whipped cream this side of a chilled copper bowl and whisk. Plus it stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Fresh whipped cream is the perfect topping for an old fashioned soda fountain soda, banana split, sundae, bowl of ice cream, steaming cup of cocoa or coffee, pumpkin pie, or a bowl of fresh strawberries. I’m sure you can add to the list.
You can also make flavored whipped cream. When was the last time you found that in the grocery store? Syrup made from our concentrates can be added to the bottle with the cream to create any flavored whipped cream you desire. Flavored whipped cream will enhance any dessert or recipe you have which calls for whipped cream. Try making a batch of your favorite flavored whipped cream, dispense into bowls and put them in the freezer. It tastes like home made ice cream.
