Lime Rickey Drink
Ingredients

• 3/4 oz (fresh) Lime Juice
• 8 oz Club Soda
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions
Build all ingredients in a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with a spiral of lime peel, and serve.
