Catawba Flip
The traditional flavoring is grape syrup, but grape juice will work fine.
Ingredients

• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1 large egg
• 2 oz grape Juice
• Shaved ice
• Seltzer

Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender, except the seltzer. Blend until smooth. Pour into the glass and fill with seltzer water.
